The Board may contract with any appropriate public or private agency, organization or institution in order to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The purposes of such a contract may include, without limitation: 1. To obtain assistance in processing applications for the issuance or renewal of a license; 2. To obtain technical assistance; 3. To facilitate cooperation with another board or licensing entity in this State or any other jurisdiction; 4. To obtain recommendations to improve and standardize procedures used by the Board; and 5. To obtain assistance in identifying resources for improving the operations of the Board. (Added to NRS by 2021, 1624)
