1. A licensed behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst shall limit his or her practice of applied behavior analysis to his or her areas of competence, as documented by education, training and experience. 2. A registered behavior technician shall only perform duties that his or her supervising behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst has deemed the registered behavior technician competent to perform. 3. The Board shall adopt regulations to ensure that licensed behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians limit their practice of applied behavior analysis to their areas of competence. 4. A licensed behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst or registered behavior technician shall comply with any applicable requirements concerning ethics prescribed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or its successor organization.
