1. A licensed assistant behavior analyst shall not engage in or supervise the practice of applied behavior analysis except under the supervision of: (a) A licensed psychologist who: (1) Is certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization; and (2) Has completed any requirements established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, to serve as a supervisor; or (b) A licensed behavior analyst who has completed any requirements established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, to serve as a supervisor. 2.
