Statute 641d 840

1. Any person who has been placed on probation or whose license or registration has been limited, suspended or revoked pursuant to this chapter is entitled to judicial review of the order. 2. Every order which limits the practice of applied behavior analysis or suspends or revokes a license or registration is effective from the date the Board issues the order until the date the order is modified or reversed by a final judgment of the court. 3. The district court shall give a petition for judicial review of the order priority over other civil matters which are not expressly given priority by law.
