1. The Nevada Funeral and Cemetery Services Board, consisting of seven members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created. 2. The Governor shall appoint: (a) Two members who are actively engaged as a funeral director or embalmer. (b) One member who is actively engaged as an operator of a cemetery.
