1. The members of the Board shall have the power to select from their number a Chair, a Secretary and a Treasurer. 2. The Secretary shall keep: (a) A record of all the meetings of the Board. (b) A register of the names, residence addresses and business addresses of all persons duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter, and the numbers and dates of licenses. The register shall be open to public examination at all reasonable times.
