The Board may charge a fee for providing materials relating to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS which are requested by persons who have been issued permits, licenses and certificates pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS or by members of the general public. The fee may not exceed the cost incurred by the Board to provide those materials. (Added to NRS by 1995, 267; A 2003, 1275)
