1. All licenses shall be signed by the Chair and the Secretary of the Board and attested by the seal of the Board. 2. Each license shall specify the name of the person to whom issued. Every license shall be nonassignable and nontransferable, and shall be displayed by each licensee in a conspicuous place in the office or place of business of the licensee.
