1. No person may serve as an apprentice under a licensed embalmer or attempt to serve as an apprentice to a licensed embalmer without first having procured from the Board a certificate of registration as a registered apprentice. 2. Registered apprentices must be regularly employed as full-time employees to receive apprenticeship credit. (Added to NRS by 1959, 842; A 2003, 1272)
