Statute 642 210

1. An applicant for a certificate of registration as a registered apprentice shall immediately notify the Board of such fact in order to receive credit for time spent. 2. Credit on the required apprenticeship commences on the date the application for the certificate of registration is filed with the Board, and no applications may be accepted antedated.
