Statute 642 340

1. A person shall not engage in or conduct, or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or conducting, the business of a funeral director unless the person is licensed as a funeral director by the Board. 2. The business of a funeral director must be conducted and engaged in at a funeral establishment or direct cremation facility. (Added to NRS by 1959, 843; A 1993, 2613; 1995, 269; 2015, 1958)
