1. A funeral director shall not manage a funeral establishment or direct cremation facility unless the funeral director has been approved by the Board to manage the funeral establishment or direct cremation facility. 2. If a funeral director manages more than one funeral establishment or direct cremation facility, the funeral director must obtain approval from the Board for each funeral establishment or direct cremation facility that he or she manages. 3. A funeral director is responsible for the proper management of each funeral establishment or direct cremation facility of which the funeral director is the manager.
