1. A person shall not engage in or conduct, or hold himself or herself out as engaging in or conducting, the business of a funeral arranger unless the person is licensed as a funeral arranger by the Board. 2. The business of a funeral arranger must be conducted and engaged in at a funeral establishment or a direct cremation facility. 3. A person holding a valid license as a funeral director or embalmer in this State is not required to be licensed as a funeral arranger pursuant to this section. (Added to NRS by 2015, 1950)
