1. An application for a license as a funeral arranger must be submitted to the Executive Director of the Board on a form and in a manner prescribed by the Board. 2. Each applicant for a license as a funeral arranger must: (a) Be at least 18 years of age; and (b) Be of good moral character. 3. Each applicant for a license as a funeral arranger must, before being issued a license, pass an examination, prescribed by the Board, on the following subjects: (a) The laws governing the preparation, burial and disposal of dead human bodies and the shipment of bodies of persons who have died from infectious or contagious diseases; (b) Local health and sanitary ordinances and regulations relating to funeral practices; (c) Federal regulations governing funeral practices; and (d) The laws and regulations of this State relating to funeral practices. 4.
