1. The Board shall mail, on or before January 1 of each even-numbered year, to each licensed funeral director and each person licensed as a funeral arranger, addressed to such licensee at his or her last known address, a notice that the renewal fee is due and that if the renewal fee is not paid by February 1 of that even-numbered year, a fee for the late renewal of the license will be added to the renewal fee, and in no case will the fee for late renewal be waived. 2. Upon receipt of the renewal fee, all information required to complete the renewal and any fee for late renewal imposed pursuant to subsection 1, the Board shall issue a renewal certificate to the licensee.
