Each applicant for a license, permit or certificate issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS must furnish proof satisfactory to the Board that the applicant is of good moral character. (Added to NRS by 1959, 844; A 1995, 269; 2015, 1959)
