1. A petition for the revocation or suspension of a license, permit or certificate issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 or 452 of NRS may be filed by the Attorney General or by the district attorney of the county in which the funeral establishment or direct cremation facility exists or the licensee or holder of the permit or certificate resides or has practiced, or by any person residing in this State. 2. The petition must be filed with the Board and state the charges against the licensee or holder of the permit or certificate with reasonable definiteness.
