1. Each order of revocation or suspension of a permit to operate a funeral establishment or direct cremation facility must be entered of record and the name of the holder of the permit stricken from the roster of permits and the funeral establishment or direct cremation facility may not be operated after revocation of the permit or during the period it is suspended. 2. Each order of revocation or suspension of a funeral director’s license or funeral arranger’s license must be entered of record and the name of the licensee stricken from the roster of licenses and the licensee may not engage in the practice of funeral directing or funeral arranging, as applicable, after revocation of the license or during the period it is suspended.
