Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS: 1. If the Board has reasonable cause to believe that any person is violating or is threatening to or intends to violate any provision of this chapter or chapter 440, 451 or 452 of NRS, any regulation adopted by the Board pursuant thereto or any order of the Board, the Board may enter an order requiring the person to desist or refrain from engaging in the violation. 2. The provisions of NRS 241.0333 do not apply to any action that is taken by the Board pursuant to this section. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1266; A 2005, 799; 2015, 1965; 2023, 1158)
