'Nail technology' means the practices of: 1. Care of another’s fingernails or toenails. 2. Beautification of another’s nails. 3. Extension of another’s nails. 4. Massaging of another’s hands, forearms, feet or lower legs. (Added to NRS by 2015, 588)
