1. It is unlawful for a person to engage in the practice of any branch of cosmetology unless the person is wearing clean outer garments which are suitable to allow the safe and hygienic practice of cosmetology. 2. The Board shall adopt regulations which prescribe standards for the garments required by subsection 1. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2646)
