1. The Board may, by regulation, ban the use of any device in the practice of cosmetology for good cause or if the device facilitates services outside the scope of the practice of cosmetology. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a device the use of which has been banned by the Board pursuant to subsection 1 must not be located within a cosmetological establishment. Such a device may be located within an area of a cosmetological establishment used for selling products at retail. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1680; A 2015, 592)
