1. Any establishment in which hairpieces are sold may set or style a new hairpiece on a person in preparation for retail sale. After the sale, the hairpiece may only be set or styled by a licensed cosmetologist or hair designer. 2. A used hairpiece must be cleaned by a licensed cosmetologist or hair designer before being sold or tried on a customer. 3. This section does not prohibit a licensed barber from performing any service with respect to hairpieces which a licensed cosmetologist or hair designer may perform.
