1. The actions and remedies authorized by this chapter are cumulative. 2. When an agency or officer elects to take a particular action or pursue a particular remedy authorized by this chapter or another specific statute, that election is not exclusive and does not preclude the agency or officer or another agency or officer from taking any other actions or pursuing any other remedies authorized by this chapter or another specific statute.
