Statute 645 042

'Used manufactured home' or 'used mobile home' means a manufactured home or mobile home, respectively, which has been: 1. Sold, rented or leased, and which was occupied before or after the sale, rental or lease; or 2. Registered with or been the subject of a certificate of title issued by the appropriate agency of authority of this State, any other state, the District of Columbia, any territory or possession of the United States, or any foreign state, province or country.
