Statute 645 070

Each member of the Commission shall, before entering upon the duties of his or her office: 1. Take the constitutional oath of office; and 2. In addition, make oath that the member is legally qualified under the provisions of this chapter to serve as a member of the Commission. [Part 6:150:1947; A 1949, 433; 1955, 131]
