1. The Commission may hold at least two regular meetings annually, one of which must be held in the southern part of the State, and one of which must be held in the northern part of the State, at such place or places as the Commission designates for that purpose. 2. Additional meetings of the Commission may be held at the call of the President when there is sufficient business to come before the Commission to warrant such action, at any place convenient to the Commission, or upon written request of two members of the Commission. Written notice of the time, place and purpose of all meetings must be given to each member at least 3 working days before the meeting.
