1. In addition to the information required by this chapter, applications for brokers’ or salespersons’ licenses must contain such other information pertaining to the applicants as the Division may require. 2. The Division may require such other proof through the application or otherwise, with due regard to the paramount interests of the public as to the honesty, truthfulness, integrity and competency of the applicant. 3.
