1. Each licensed real estate broker shall erect and maintain a sign in a conspicuous place upon the premises of his or her place of business. The name of the broker or the name under which the broker conducts his or her business set forth in the license must be clearly shown thereon. 2. The size and place of the sign must conform to regulations adopted by the Commission. 3. Similar signs must also be erected and maintained in a conspicuous place at all branch offices.
