1. It is unlawful for any person to file with the Administrator, the Division or the Commission any notice, statement, complaint or other document required under the provisions of this chapter which is false or which contains any willful, material misstatement of fact. 2. A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1289)
