1. The Commissioner may require that any application, fee, fine, form or filing required pursuant to this chapter be submitted to the Commissioner through the Registry and that the applicant or licensee pay any costs associated with the use of the Registry. 2. All fees, assessments or penalties received by the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter are in addition to any costs or fees that may be required by the Registry and are nonrefundable. All fees, assessments and penalties received by the Commissioner pursuant to this chapter must be deposited in the Account for Mortgage Lending created by NRS 645F.270. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2790)
