1. The Attorney General shall act as the attorney for the Division in all actions and proceedings brought against or by the Division pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter. 2. Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 622A.120, representation of the Division pursuant to subsection 1 shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the provisions of NRS 622A.200 and 622A.210.
