In addition to any other remedy or penalty, if a person violates the provisions of NRS 645A.015 or 645A.220, the respective parties to the escrow transaction may bring a civil action against the person for: 1. Actual and consequential damages; 2. Punitive damages, which are subject to the provisions of NRS 42.005; 3. Reasonable attorney’s fees and costs; and 4. Any other legal or equitable relief that the court deems appropriate. (Added to NRS by 2009, 741; A 2015, 2796)
