Statute 645b 021

1. If a mortgage company is not a natural person, the mortgage company must designate a natural person as a qualified employee to act on behalf of the mortgage company. 2. The Division shall adopt regulations regarding a qualified employee, including, without limitation, regulations that establish: (a) A definition for the term 'qualified employee'; (b) Any duties of a qualified employee; and (c) Any requirements regarding a qualified employee.
