Statute 645b 720

Before conducting a hearing, the Commissioner may, to the fullest extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State: 1. Order a summary suspension of a license pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 233B.127; and 2. Take any other action against a licensee or other person that is necessary to protect the health, safety or welfare of the public. (Added to NRS by 1999, 3777)
