Statute 645b 920

If a person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person violates the provisions of NRS 645B.900 or 645B.910, any contracts entered into by that person for the mortgage transaction are voidable by the other party to the contract. (Added to NRS by 2009, 746)
