1. The Division may issue a permit to conduct an appraisal in this State to a person who holds a certificate or license issued by another state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia. 2. The Commission shall adopt regulations which prescribe the requirements for the issuance of such a permit. (Added to NRS by 1993, 811)
