1. In addition to any fees imposed pursuant to subsection 1, each applicant for the issuance or renewal of a certificate, license or registration card issued pursuant to this chapter must pay to the Division a technology fee of $15. 3. The Division shall adopt regulations which establish the fees to be charged and collected by the Division to pay the costs of: (a) Any examination for a certificate or license, including any costs which are necessary for the administration of such an examination. (b) Any investigation of a person’s background. 4. The Division shall collect and remit the annual registry fee to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council or to the Appraisal Subcommittee, as appropriate, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 3338 and the rules or regulations issued thereunder.
