Statute 645c 540

1. Each witness who appears by order of the Commission is entitled to receive for his or her attendance the same fees and mileage allowed by law to a witness in a civil case, which must be paid by the party at whose request the witness is subpoenaed. 2. When a witness not otherwise required to attend is subpoenaed by the Commission, his or her fees and mileage must be paid by the Division. (Added to NRS by 1989, 834)
