'Inspection' means a physical examination of the mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems of a structure or of the structural components of a structure. The term includes any consultation regarding a structure that is represented to be a certified inspection or any other title, word or other designation intended to imply or designate that the consultation is a certified inspection.
