1. The Division shall administer the provisions of this chapter and may employ legal counsel, investigators and other professional consultants necessary to discharge its duties pursuant to this chapter. 2. An employee of the Division shall not: (a) Be employed by or have an interest in any business that prepares inspection reports or energy audits; (b) Act as an inspector or as an agent for an inspector; or (c) Act as an energy auditor or as an agent for an energy auditor.
