1. The Administrator shall require each applicant for an original certificate or license and each applicant for renewal of a certificate or license to submit proof that the applicant or his or her employer holds a policy of insurance covering: (a) Liability for errors or omissions in an amount of not less than $100,000; and (b) General liability in an amount of not less than $100,000. 2. Each certified inspector, energy auditor or his or her employer shall maintain a policy of insurance that complies with the requirements of subsection 1. (Added to NRS by 1997, 1795; A 2011, 1951)
