1. The Commissioner shall charge and collect the following fees: (a) For the filing and investigation of an application for a license, a nonrefundable fee of not more than $1,000 and any additional expenses incurred in the process of investigation; (b) For the issuance of a license, at least $200; (c) For the annual renewal of a license, at least $200; (d) For the issuance of a license for each branch office of a licensee, a nonrefundable fee of at least $200; (e) For the annual renewal of a license for each branch office of a licensee, at least $250; (f) For the issuance of a reciprocal license, at least $150; (g) For the annual renewal of a reciprocal license, at least $150; and (h) For the reissuance of a license because of a change in the business address of the licensee, at least $200. 2. All money received by the Commissioner pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 must be placed in the Investigative Account for Financial Institutions created by NRS 232.545. 3. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations establishing the amount of fees required pursuant to this section. (Added to NRS by 2007, 3108)
