The Division shall maintain a public docket or other record in which it shall record from time to time as made: 1. The rulings or decisions upon all complaints filed with the Division concerning an exchange facilitator. 2. All investigations instituted by the Commissioner or the Division in the first instance, upon or in connection with which any hearing has been held, or in which the licensee charged has made no defense. 3. Denials of applications made to the Division for licensing. (Added to NRS by 2007, 3108)
