1. A ruling or decision of the Commissioner in any disciplinary action is final when in favor of the licensee. 2. If a ruling or decision is against the licensee, the licensee is entitled to judicial review of the ruling or decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS. (Added to NRS by 2007, 3112)
