1. The Administrator may investigate the actions of any asset management company or asset manager or any person who acts in any such capacity within this State. 2. The provisions of this chapter do not limit the authority of the Division to take disciplinary action against a registered asset management company or permit holder for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, nor does the payment in full of all obligations through any insurance proceeds nullify or modify the effect of any other disciplinary proceeding brought pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter.
