'Motor vehicle' means any self-propelled vehicle that is used upon a highway, but not operated on rails, for the purpose of transporting persons or property. The term does not include electric personal assistive mobility devices as defined in NRS 482.029. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2545; A 2003, 1207)
