1. The Board may: (a) Employ an Executive Director who: (1) Is the chief administrative officer of the Board; (2) Serves at the pleasure of the Board; and (3) Shall perform such duties as the Board may prescribe; and (b) Employ investigators and clerical personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. 2. The Board shall establish the compensation of the Executive Director. (Added to NRS by 1995, 303; A 2007, 1091)
