In addition to the causes specified in NRS 648.150, the Board may discipline an intern or polygraphic examiner if he or she has: 1. Demonstrated incompetence or a physical or emotional disability which prevents him or her from properly functioning as an intern or polygraphic examiner; 2. Willfully made a false report of the results of a polygraphic examination; or 3. Accepted a fee contingent upon the outcome of a polygraphic examination. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1332)
