1. The Board shall conduct a hearing within 90 days after receiving a notice of appeal from a person who has received a notice of violation or a citation except that: (a) If the Board receives the notice of appeal less than 30 days before a regularly scheduled meeting, it may conduct the hearing within 120 days after receiving the notice of appeal; and (b) The Board may continue the date of the hearing for good cause shown. 2.
